Position: Nymi- Support Engineer
Location: Regeneron, 81 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12145
Duration: 6 months contract
Job Description:
Scope Activities:
Complete pending enrollments from bulk roll outs
New enrollments
Incident management (band specific), ASM will cover server monitoring and outage.
Handle Returns
Inventory management
New area rollout (if needed in future)
1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical support role.
Familiarity with wearable devices, authentication systems, or enterprise security solutions is a plus.
Familiarity with Nymi Band technology or similar wearable authentication devices is a strong advantage.
Guide users through the Nymi Band enrollment process, including initial setup and pairing with devices.
Verify successful enrollment and authentication for users.
Provide hands-on support for resolving enrollment issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Nymi Band enrollment, connectivity, and authentication.
Collaborate with IT teams to address integration challenges with enterprise systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or the Nymi technical team.
Act as the primary point of contact for user queries related to Nymi Band enrollment.
Collect and document user feedback to improve the enrollment experience.
Train users on the proper use and functionality of the Nymi Band.
Work with vendor to address recurring band related issues
Develop and maintain SOPs, Work instructions, Job-Aids related to Nymi
Important Note : Resource should work from facility location(No Remote) : (Monday-Friday) 7am -4Pm EST
