Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:
An experienced Project Manager is needed to join the Application & Client Services team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-starter and collaborative team player with strong technical and interpersonal skills. This role requires adaptability and the ability to meet deadlines set by both internal and external stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives.
Under supervision, the Project Manager will play a key role in supporting a range of application projects. The candidate should have experience managing various initiatives, including:
Request for Proposals (RFPs)
Contract/scope development
Infrastructure upgrades
Application enhancements and new development
Implementation of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS)/vendor applications with multiple system integrations
Agile technology environments
The candidate should have a high-level understanding of project management methodologies, web application development, content management systems, APIs, databases, and system architecture. The Project Manager will identify appropriate technical approaches and oversee the system development process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, interacting across all organizational levels
Communicate effectively with a diverse group, including developers, product owners, and subject matter experts
Advocate for organizational change and effectively communicate the value of projects
Build consensus across various viewpoints
Manage project scope, tasks, and timelines in alignment with a work breakdown structure
Track team performance and time management across project tasks
Oversee support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing applications
