High-Level QNXT Developer
Fully Remote, MUST WORK ON HAWAII TIME ZONE

Description
The client's Cotiviti project focuses on claims and payment integrity, and Cotiviti will integrate with QNXT. The third vendor to implement Cotiviti, but the client needs a developer to fill in the gaps. This person must have .NET and SQL, and it is highly preferred that they have QNXT experience. Claims will be sent to the Cotiviti cloud environment for analysis, and Cotiviti will provide recommendations on how to process and proceed with the claims. They need to figure out how to track this activity because there are tens of thousands of claims. As a result, an option they want to explore is a .NET application. The vendor may have guidance on what other customers are doing, but this is their initial thought. Additional responsibilities would include working on job scheduling (such as Tidal), building custom reports or dashboards (using Tableau or Power BI) to assist with the project.
QNxt Developer Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test applications using the QNXT Framework.
Implement and configure QNXT claims workflow, with a strong understanding of both commercial and Medicare aspects.
Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data access and manipulation.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, assist with design, and deliver solutions.
Design and build reports and dashboards.
Build auditing functionality and reports for a custom solution.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring stability and performance.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest QNXT Framework updates and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Solid understanding of QNXT Framework development.
Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, SQL Server, and job scheduling.
Experience with QNXT claims workflow configuration, particularly for commercial and Medicare benefits.
Knowledge of SQL, including writing complex queries.
Strong understanding of Healthcare IT concepts, including Medicaid and HIPAA regulations.
Ability to design and implement workflows.
Experience with QNXT claims adjudication and processing.
Familiarity with healthcare data models and standards.

Sample Tasks for Payment Integrity Project:
Work with Cotiviti (vendor) to create high-level Functional Design documentation based on Business Requirement Documents.
Work with Cotiviti to create Detail Design Documents for each Interface Component based on Functional Design Documents
Create unit test scenarios and unit test data for the Interface Components.
Assist with building Interface Components based on Detailed Design Documents for daily extracts and weekly (history) extract from QNXT for Cotiviti inputs
Assist with building Interface Components based on Detailed Design Documents for pushing to Cotiviti
Assist with the development or configuration of input processes to accept Cotiviti files
Build/configure job scheduler.
Build reports and dashboards for claims reconciliation and audits.
Perform unit testing.
Assist in developing Acceptance Criteria for Interface Components consistent with the Detailed Design Documents.
For defects found during SIT and UAT, remediate Custom Component, perform Unit Test, and submit for re-deployment and re-testing. Address non-defects through the Change Process.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
