Description
We are looking for a skilled Wireless Telecommunications/Mobile Device Analyst to join our team in Bonita Springs, Florida. This role focuses on managing mobile devices, providing end-user support, and analyzing telecommunications usage and billing. The ideal candidate will also oversee mobile application distribution and ensure the creation and maintenance of technical documentation. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to work in the rental and leasing services industry.
Responsibilities:
Configure and manage the AirWatch console to support mobile devices effectively.
Address and resolve escalated incidents and tickets related to AirWatch and mobile issues from the Service Desk.
Handle end-user service requests and incidents through the ServiceNow workflow while adhering to service level agreements.
Oversee the procurement and distribution of mobile devices and accessories for employees.
Manage mobile devices by enrolling them in the mobile management system, enforcing compliance, and handling application management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business issues related to mobile and wireless telecommunications.
Collaborate with U.S. and Canadian wireless carriers to address and resolve cellular connectivity challenges.
Conduct monthly audits of mobile services, including international travel, zero usage, and high data usage cases.
Develop and maintain reports analyzing monthly mobile usage and trends.
Create and update knowledge-based documentation for both internal and end-user purposes.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience working with mobile devices, mobile device management systems, and wireless communications.
Proficiency in using Workspace One (AirWatch) or similar mobile device management platforms.
Familiarity with Apple iOS devices and their integration within mobile management environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create high-quality documentation.
Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams, including sales, development, finance, and customer support.
Demonstrated professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
