Title: ServiceNow Lead/Architect

Location: Omaha, NE Onsite

Duration: Long Term Contract

15+ , if ex uprr or experience with railroad domain that will be huge plus

Job Description:

Must Have: Servicenow Health and Safety Module Expertise, Javascript, Rest APIS, Integration Tools Like Mid Server And Integration Hub, CMDB, CSDM.

GOOD TO HAVE: DATA ANALYTICS (TABLEAU), ITOM MODULES.

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Deep Understanding of Servicenow Architecture, Components, And Modules.
  • Expertise In Health and Safety Module in Servicenow.
  • Proficiency In Servicenow Scripting (Javascript, Glidescript).
  • Experience With Servicenow Development, Including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Ui Policies, Ui Actions, Script Includes, And Acls.
  • Expert Knowledge and Expertise of Integration Techniques Such as Rest, Soap, And Jdbc.
  • Experience With Integration Tools Like Mid Server and Integration Hub.
  • Ability To Design and Implement Complex Integrations with Other Systems.
  • Understanding Of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) And CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
  • Experience With ITOM (It Operations Management) Modules Like Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, And Orchestration.
  • Experience In Building Custom Applications Using ServiceNow's Application Platform.
  • Proficiency In Html, CSS, And Angularjs for Service Portal and Ui Customization.
  • Knowledge Of Performance Tuning, Optimization, And Best Practices for Scalable Solutions.
  • Ability To Align Servicenow Solutions with Business Goals and It Strategy.
  • Experience In Creating Roadmaps, Governance Frameworks, And Best Practices.
