Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and report on data related to hospitality KPIs such as occupancy, revenue, guest demographics, and service levels.

Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools to support leadership decision-making.

Analyze data across hotel systems (Opera PMS, Micros POS, RMS, etc.) to evaluate performance and trends.

Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize API integrations and vendor systems (Opera, Sertifi, Cendyn, Amadeus, SynXis, etc.).

Maintain and automate recurring reports, including ad hoc requests from departments.

Support Excel-based reporting through XL-Connect and other add-ins.

Provide first-level troubleshooting for software systems and interfaces, including Micros R&A/EMC, Unifocus, Opera, ImpulsePoint, and others.

Create training materials, documentation, and provide user training for various platforms and tools.

Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior analysts in best practices.

Assist in ongoing integration projects (e.g., NetSuite file automation, Micros-Unifocus mapping, Sertifi-Opera mapping, etc.).

Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.

Strong command of Python, SQL, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.

Hands-on experience with hotel systems: PMS (Opera), POS (Micros), RMS, and Salesforce-based tools (e.g., Delphi).

Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for data visualization and reporting.

Demonstrated knowledge of API integrations and data syncs across multiple platforms.

Skilled in Excel-based automation, template creation, and ad hoc data analysis.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Hospitality Management, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience in hospitality data environments and understanding of guest satisfaction metrics.

Familiarity with systems such as MeetingBroker, CVENT, Lighthouse (OTA Insight), Sertifi, and Broadvine.
