  • 10 years experience serving as a dedicated Salesforce Admin.

Description
We seek an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Salesforce Flows, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, along with a comprehensive knowledge of integrations and administration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions. We support 1000+ users of Salesforce across two instances of Salesforce.
This candidate will report directly to the Salesforce Application Development Manager and be responsible for system configuration, enhancements, managing service tickets, and working with stakeholders to understand the impact of changes across both of our instances of Salesforce.
In this role, you will...
Design, optimize, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows.
Drive innovation by implementing advanced solutions using Salesforce Flows, Lightning Components, and AppExchange Solutions.
Monitor and manage our Own Backup instance for all Salesforce Environments
Administer and continuously improve Salesforce environments to effectively support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
Collaborate with leadership, product owners, and operational teams to clearly understand and address their Salesforce needs.
Monitor Salesforce updates and releases closely, clearly communicate enhancements, and rapidly implement relevant new features.
Create and maintain detailed documentation and provide comprehensive communication on Salesforce best practices and updates across the organization.
Manage our OnceHub application.
Mentor and work closely with junior resources.
Though they won't have any direct reports, will be expected to mentor junior team members as they join the group (possibility for future advancement to management/lead function as the team grows). Preference will be given to candidates who have shown stability as part of an internal team vs continued consulting engagements here and there as they would like track record of planning for/anticipating future state, releases, changes, etc. and the impacts and continued evolution of the instance/environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
