Salary Range: $47.72 - $71.91 per hour




<>Position Overview</>

Join our Information Systems team as an Application Systems Analyst, specializing in hospital billing applications. You'll play a key role in implementing new solutions, optimizing existing systems, and ensuring smooth integration across clinical and business workflows.




<>Required Qualifications</>

  • 3+ years in Health Information Technology

  • 3+ years in an analyst role with experience in:

    • Application support and troubleshooting

    • Clinical or business workflow analysis

    • Problem-solving and project management tools



  • Experience with cross-functional technology/business solution integration

  • Subject matter expertise in two or more core clinical or business information systems




<>Preferred Qualifications</>

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience supporting revenue cycle applications (e.g., Epic Hospital Billing)

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Citrix

  • Workflow analysis using modeling tools (e.g., Visio)

  • Hospital billing experience




<>Key Responsibilities</>

  • Serve as lead or primary analyst for Information Systems projects

  • Provide operational support for applications, including troubleshooting, maintenance, training, and vendor coordination

  • Analyze and recommend software enhancements to meet evolving business needs

  • Partner with end-users to ensure system modifications align with standards

  • Deliver clear training and documentation for applications and processes

  • Assess workflows and applications for compliance, efficiency, and data integrity

  • Support ad hoc and ongoing information needs for end-users

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of assigned applications and ensure timely issue resolution

  • Utilize help desk tools and escalate issues as needed

  • Advise end-users on application functionality to enhance productivity

  • Stay current with technology trends and participate in professional development

  • Assist in policy and procedure development for department operations

  • Perform other duties as assigned
