Job Title: Lead Appian Developer Location: McLean, VA or Plano, TX (100% Onsite)
Visa: all visa is workable except H1b, OPT and CPT
Duration: Long-term
We re currently hiring a Lead Appian Developer for a leading fintech client, based in McLean, VA or Plano, TX. This is a senior-level onsite role, and we are only considering candidates located within 30-40 miles of either site.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Appian architecture and plugin development
- Hands-on experience with Appian version upgrades and migrations
- Infrastructure transition expertise (e.g., Linux to Kubernetes)
- Strong Core Java skills, especially for building Appian plugins
- Working knowledge of Angular and JavaScript (preferred)
- Familiarity with tools/platforms like Active Directory (AD), Ping, Snowflake, Dremio
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS or Appian Cloud)
