Salesforce Architect

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration, along with the ability to guide development teams and align solutions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable and secure Salesforce architecture to meet business and technical requirements
Define best practices for Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
Lead the end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other platform components
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical designs
Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators on Salesforce best practices
Manage system integrations with external applications using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce security standards
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend system improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security architecture
Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, or similar
Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Git, and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA) are highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in designing large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and enterprise systems integration
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
