Join our dynamic team as a Campaign Manager and take charge of end-to-end programming and management of marketing campaigns across our digital app platform. A strategic thinker with a passion for digital apps and gaming, coupled with a solid understanding of eCommerce, pricing, discounts, and merchandising strategies, will excel in this role. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of merchandising campaigns across global markets to meet monetization and engagement objectives.
- Contribute to the achievement of business goals through effective site personalization, content curation, and the implementation of marketing and commerce strategies and programs.
- Collaborate with team leads, product managers, data scientists, and engineers to ensure the successful execution of campaign components.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and outcomes.
- Oversee various aspects of monetization campaigns, including asset creation, pricing negotiations, exchange-rate management, campaign localization, and related activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Over two years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on e-commerce operations.
- At least two years of experience in designing, implementing, or working within a content management system (CMS).
- Proven expertise in go-to-market strategy planning and execution across various online channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring successful team execution.
- Self-motivated professional with the initiative and confidence to independently initiate and drive projects to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in virtual reality content, industry trends, and future developments.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
