Working with various collaborators across a wealth of products and datasets, we are there for each other collaborating and helping each other to achieve the common goal. User experience is at the core of our client offering, and we are looking for best-of-breed UI/UX professionals to join us on this journey.

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can partner with a variety of collaborators to take our client experience to the next level. As part of this role, you would also be responsible for designing and implementing our UX strategy to ensure that we work in a consistent and high-quality way across all client facing user interfaces. The successful candidate would have a wealth of UI design experience, be able to communicate UI design standard methodology as well as the ability of operate strategically to take our interfaces to the next level. As part of a data driven business, having detailed knowledge of data design and data story telling would also be highly advantageous.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute user interface / UX design strategies that align with overall product and business goals.
  • Create visuals, mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces based on product requirements and user-centered design principles.
  • Identify and create user personas based key audiences.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to provide direction whenever UI/UX related interaction is needed.
  • Produce UX roadmaps for a variety of products and clients.
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative UX research programs.
  • Stay up to date on the latest technology and trends on user experience and digital marketing.
  • Write user stories that facilitate the build of user interfaces by engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and a wide breadth of experience with UX principles and user-centered product development methodologies.
  • Own and influence the data-driven design of a suite of tools used by internal and external users.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and peers to deliver roadmaps and provide input on feature prioritization and sequencing.
  • Work with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented and collaborate with them to come up with creative design and technical solutions when technical challenges arises.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **

Talents Needed for Success:
  • 6+ years' experience in designing user interfaces and setting user interface strategy.
  • Several years of experience building designs, prototypes, and wireframes using Adobe xD or Figma.
  • Experience in designing user interfaces for financial services products, huge plus.
  • Expert in all areas of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience)
  • The ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion, and to receive feedback with open-mindedness.
  • Good judgment, strong integrity, maturity and fairness in dealing with people and confidential information.
  • Strategic problem solver: Ability to plan ahead to achieve ambitious business growth targets.
  • Prioritization and conflict management.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and thoughtfully.
  • Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  • Be passionate about resolving user difficulty through great design.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
