Product Owner - BA

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis to drive
the development and enhancement of our products. The ideal candidate will excel in understanding
business needs, translating them into actionable product requirements, and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and user needs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interactions, market research, and data analysis.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories, workflows, and product specifications.
• Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to align goals and expectations.
• Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and implement improvements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile processes.

Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of product development lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business needs and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar for Agile development.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, or using tools like Figma, Axure, or Balsamiq.
• Knowledge of market trends, user experience principles, and business strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
