Job Title : Java Developer with React JS
Location : NC, NJ, GA

Job Description:
Important Note : Minimum 13+ years of Experience required..
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and React.js.
- Architect and optimize backend APIs and services using Java, ensuring robust data management and integration with various systems (databases, external APIs).
- Develop responsive, intuitive, and highly performant user interfaces using React.js, focusing on component-based architecture and state management.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, adherence to coding standards, and optimal performance.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including TDD, clean code principles, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in Java, React.js, and related areas.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and React.js.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java development, including Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and related frameworks.
- Extensive experience with front-end development using React.js, including proficiency with state management libraries (e.g., Redux), routing, and component lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern front-end build tools.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
