Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end technology solutions that align with business needs. The Solution Architect will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and translate them into technical architecture and design.
Develop end-to-end solution blueprints, ensuring integration across applications, databases, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements, modernization strategies, or replacements.
Provide technical leadership during project planning, design, and implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and security to deliver robust solutions.
Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
Prepare architecture documents, diagrams, and technical specifications.
Conduct technology assessments, proof-of-concepts, and vendor evaluations.
Guide development teams in coding standards, integration practices, and performance tuning.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on technology trends and solution options.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience (7 12+ years) in solution architecture, systems design, or enterprise architecture.
Strong expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Hands-on knowledge of microservices, APIs, integration frameworks, and DevOps tools.
Proficiency with databases (SQL/NoSQL), data architecture, and ETL processes.
Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
