Join a Fortune 100 Data Center Team in Wisconsin

We're hiring Data Center Technicians across multiple levels to support GPU cluster deployments in enterprise data centers located in Southeastern Wisconsin. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with cutting-edge hardware in a high-performance environment.

Open Roles

Lead Technician (L4)

  • 5+ years of leadership or management experience in data center operations
  • Proven ability to guide teams through complex troubleshooting and deployments

Senior Technician (L4)

  • 5+ years of dedicated data center experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with large-scale GPU deployments

Technician (L3)

  • 3+ years of data center experience
  • Solid foundation in hardware installation, cabling, and break/fix support

Shift Options (3x4x12 Schedule)

Choose from four core shifts:
  • A Side Days: Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday | 6 AM - 6 PM
  • A Side Nights: Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday | 6 PM - 6 AM
  • B Side Days: Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday | 6 AM - 6 PM
  • B Side Nights: Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday | 6 PM - 6 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, troubleshoot, and decommission enterprise-grade hardware
  • Run, label, and stage power and networking cables (Cat5, Cat6, fiber optics)
  • Perform diagnostics and follow standard operating procedures
  • Conduct physical audits and asset tracking
  • Collaborate with team leads and follow documented workflows

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on data center experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Experience with rack and stack, cabling, and hardware deployment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with GPU deployments (highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of fiber optics, Cat6/Cat5 cabling
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $44.00/hr.
