Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant specializing in Core HR and Compensation to support Public Sector clients. The ideal candidate will lead technical implementation, customization, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring system stability, compliance, and scalability.

This role requires deep expertise in Oracle HCM technical architecture, Fast Formulas, payroll configurations, and data integrations. The consultant will work closely with functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for Public Sector clients

  • Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor

  • Configure and support payroll elements, balances, and input values

  • Develop and support custom logic for earnings, deductions, retro pay, and validations

  • Perform data migration, transformation, and integration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)

  • Build and maintain HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reports

  • Troubleshoot formula compilation and runtime errors

  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Ensure compliance with legislative, security, and organizational standards
