We have a contract opportunity available for a Senior Change Management and Training Specialist
- Needs someone with strong understanding of change management practices
- Must have worked with senior management on change management initiatives
- Proven experience leading, strategizing and promoting positive learning journey across the organization
- Proven experience in the development and delivery of various technology related training programs (eLearning courseware, online and instructor-led materials)
- Ability to incorporate instructional design principles into various materials
- Experience designing and developing materials based on standard concepts, practices and procedures of instructional design
- Strong communication and facilitation skills required.
- Experience with process integration and process improvement programs
- We need someone who is extremely reliable, organized with a strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Must be able to engage in discussions on solutions with various levels of management (business operations and technical) in a very diplomatic and professional manner.
