IAM Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IAM Developer with a strong backend development background, particularly in Java and Spring Boot, to join a dynamic team working on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role involves full lifecycle development of scalable, secure microservices and REST APIs in a hybrid cloud environment, including work on internally developed applications and virtual directory services.

Top Skills Required:

• 4+ years of Java (v11+) backend development experience
• 4+ years of developing and deploying Spring Boot applications in microservices architecture
• Containerization: Hands-on with OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes
• 3+ years of designing and developing RESTful APIs with security best practices
• Performance Tuning and troubleshooting of Java applications
• Frontend/UI Development: Strong experience with React.js
• Experience with LDAP and Virtual Directory Services (Radiant Logic preferred) is a plus
• Experience using GitLab and working in a CI/CD pipeline environment

Technical Stack:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical components of medium to large-scale project implementations
• Develop and maintain internal applications including the IAM Security Catalog
• Build scalable, secure REST APIs and web applications
• Troubleshoot, tune, and optimize backend services and APIs
• Work with containerized deployments and cloud-native technologies
• Guide junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Deliver clean, well-documented, and tested code
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align development with business goals
