Job Description

Note: We are looking for candidates with Banking Domain Experiences along with Java background

• Manage and oversee software development projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage the activities of the development team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and according to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Identify and manage project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
