The Kayenne Program develops and maintains a secure, hybrid environment that facilitates high priority defense initiatives, in addition to developing and integrating highly-available software applications.
The primary tasking for this role is to act as an agile team scrum master with secondary hands on development opportunities.
Be part of a dynamic hardware and software engineering team working to capture, define, architect, develop, integrate, and sell-off products to government customers. In this role, you will support tasks such as:

Execute agile ceremonies and lead an agile team through work assignments while removing blockers to technical and organization progress

Educate the team on technical practices and drive
ongoing improvement and continuous and sustainable product development

Assist with implementing and maintaining DevSecOps best practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle

Work with multiple agile teams across the program to determine the best DevSecOps practices across custom applications development and COTS product integration

Apply hardware and software knowledge, cyber security standards in mission applications, & feedback from users to develop / modernize software.

Basic Qualifications

Candidate will have knowledge of basic Agile practices such as scrums, coding standards, unit testing and configuration management, hardware configuration, database and system administration.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps)

Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with CI poly

Desired skills

Scrum Master certification

Experience with Cyber testing and accreditation plans and procedures

Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports two work schedules that provide flexibility to our employees. Schedules include the standard 40 hours over a five day work week or the 9x80A two week cycle. the 9x80 schedule provides two additional Fridays away from the office each month and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $65,300 - $115,230. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $75,200 - $130,295. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
