You Are:

As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing and implementing Oracle Financials Cloud solutions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that financial systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. To excel in this role, you should be well-versed in Oracle Financials Cloud and have a deep understanding of Oracle Finance modules. By bringing a combination of technical expertise and strategic financial acumen to the table, you will play a critical role in the financial leadership of the organization. Success in this position will be driven by your previous experiences. Experience with cloud-based financial systems will give you an edge, as you will be expected to leverage the latest technologies to enhance financial operations.

The Work:
  • You will be responsible for leading projects, designing financial systems, and providing expert guidance on Oracle Finance processes
  • Your daily tasks will involve direct interaction with financial and accounting systems, requiring a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management within the Oracle ecosystem will be crucial.
  • Your skill set should also include the ability to navigate and optimize finance workflows, ensuring that financial data is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Additionally, your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives will be essential.

Here's What You Need:
  • Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience
  • Experience in leading financial system implementations, particularly within the Oracle Cloud environment, will demonstrate your capability to manage complex projects.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end financial processes, from system configuration to user training and support.
  • Minimum 8 + years Oracle ERP Cloud General Ledger solution experience with 3+ full cycle implementation and configuration experience
  • Strong knowledge of federal and commercial ERP / Financial business processes.
  • Additional working knowledge of other ERP Cloud modules
  • Public sector accounting experience

Bonus Points If:
  • Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle ERP Cloud modules
  • Knowledge of Accounting Hub Nice to have

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
