Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in cloud architecture, virtualization, networking, automation, and system security, along with the leadership skills to guide technical teams and ensure high system availability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Azure cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Oversee daily infrastructure operations, ensuring high performance, availability, and compliance with security standards.
- Manage Azure services including VMs, networking, storage, Active Directory, and identity management.
- Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform, PowerShell, or ARM templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, and Application teams) to optimize deployments and cloud usage.
- Develop and enforce infrastructure governance, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring proactive incident management and problem resolution.
- Mentor infrastructure and support engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring process adherence.
- Support cost optimization and resource utilization initiatives across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Stay current with Azure innovations and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security, Monitoring).
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, routing, and cloud connectivity.
- Experience with disaster recovery, backup, and monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
