Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the IT Services industry in Anderson, South Carolina. This role involves providing support in a large warehouse environment, resolving hardware and software issues, and offering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support, resolving issues related to laptops, printers, and other hardware.
Troubleshoot applications, ensuring their smooth running.
Handle break/fix tasks and provide support for Thin Clients and large scale Zebra printers.
Exhibit strong customer service skills in all interactions.
Utilize desktop imaging and computer imaging skills to maintain and update systems.
Perform hardware and software installations as required.
Conduct password resets to ensure secure and uninterrupted access for users.
Utilize ticketing systems to track, manage, and resolve support tickets.
Carry out basic troubleshooting tasks to detect and rectify issues.
Actively engage in the break fix process, ensuring swift resolution of hardware issues.

Requirements

Proficiency in Desktop Imaging and Computer Imaging
Experience in Desktop Support and Desktop Hardware management
Ability to perform Hardware & Software Installation
Familiarity with Password Reset procedures
Experience with Ticketing System and handling Support Tickets
Knowledge of Break Fix solutions
Basic Troubleshooting skills required
IT Services industry experience is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong customer service orientation
Willingness to keep up with advancements in the field of IT services
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
