Job Description:

Stelic is seeking an experienced, full-time on-site Project
Scheduler
/Planning and Controls Engineer based in Seattle, Washington,
to oversee scheduling, monitoring, and control for a large public
infrastructure project. This role involves developing and managing
comprehensive Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules, billing off of the
schedules, ensuring project progress aligns with timelines, and
implementing Earned Value Systems for a complex project involving
extensive civil, architectural, and electrical work. The Scheduler will
collaborate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and
stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed CPM master schedules using
Primavera P6, encompassing all project components, phases,
milestones, and critical paths for the Electric Bus Maintenance and
Charging Facility
.

- Create cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules, incorporating
labor, material, and equipment resources to reflect project scope
and complexity.

- Regularly analyze schedules to identify potential delays, conflicts,
or risks, and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.

- Conduct site inspections in Seattle to validate schedule accuracy
against actual progress and ensure alignment with project execution.

- Prepare and present schedule updates, progress reports, Earned Value
metrics, and KPIs for management, clients, and stakeholders.

- Evaluate impacts of change orders, delays, and contractor recovery
plans on project timelines, incorporating time impacts and
scheduling effects.

- Lead schedule coordination meetings with internal teams, owners,
contractors, and other parties to ensure alignment and integration
with project execution.

- Participate in planning sessions, such as pull planning, to
integrate scheduling with construction phasing and execution.

- Validate cost estimates, productivity factors, and resource
allocations within schedules to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

- Utilize advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
Suite for scheduling, reporting, and communication.

- Communicate effectively with excellent listening, presentation, and
interpersonal skills to interface with all project stakeholders.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of construction practices,
phasing, and requirements specific to civil, architectural, and
electrical work in complex projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a
related field preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience developing, creating, managing, and
reporting on CPM schedules and Earned Value Systems for large-scale
construction projects of similar complexity (e.g., $250 million
projects with civil, architectural, and electrical scope).

- At least 6 years of direct project scheduling/controls experience,
with proven expertise in cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.

- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite,
with demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules.

- Thorough knowledge of construction means, methods, phases, and
documentation, particularly for civil, architectural, and electrical
work.

- Expertise in construction scheduling principles, critical path
methodology, delay analysis, and Earned Value Management.

- Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, RFPs, and
changes to assess scheduling impacts.

- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking
capabilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate
with diverse stakeholders.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do
attitude.

- Valid driver s license with a good driving record per company
policy.

- Reliable transportation required, as the role involves travel to the
Seattle project site.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree

Work Environment:

- Full-time on-site role based in Seattle, Washington, with duties
performed in both office settings and at the Electric Bus
Maintenance and Charging Facility construction site.

- Involves periods of sitting/standing and utilizing standard office
equipment.

- Occasional lifting/moving of items weighing up to 25 lbs.

- Ability to effectively interface with internal and external
personnel in a dynamic project environment.

Salary Range:

110-130K, willing to negotiate for outstanding candidates.
