Overview
Job Summary:
Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Technical Writer/Business Process Manager L3 position. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success.
As the Business Technical Writer/Business Process Manager, you have a crucial role and will assist the government with writing and creating content that will help explain complex information. You will assist the Government Lead with writing, maintaining, and configuration control of contractual and programmatic documentation, as well as managing tasks for a program team. Additionally, you will support development of first-of-kind operational space or space related missions for the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO). A successful candidate should be a leader and problem solver with a proven ability to deliver superior results as part of a high performing team in a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Skills/Experience Required:
Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility
Minimum ten (10) years DoD/IC, or relevant industry work experience
10+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) work experience
No less than four (4) years total SAP and/or SCI environment experience within the last 5 years
May be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph
Expert Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
Must have experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
Experience managing workflows, communications, and other business processes
Experience in DoD program management support
Craft clear, concise, and compelling technical documentation to elucidate complex concepts for diverse audiences, including government stakeholders and industry partners
Maintain meticulous version control and ensure accuracy and consistency across all contractual and programmatic documentation
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to gather information, verify technical details, and ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements
Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and standards to enhance documentation quality and efficiency
Develop, implement, and manage execution of program management office business processes and workflows, to include document coordination, tasks, and program team communications
Manage the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of program performance data to define problems associated with project scope objectives
Establish meetings, manage office resources, and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders
Communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy-oral and written
Develop, implement, and manage execution of program management office business processes and workflows, to include document coordination, tasks, and program team communications
Education/Certifications:
Master's degree in business or business management from an accredited school (AACSB, ACBSP, or IACBE), or engineering from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program
Relevant work experience/training certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree
