RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Product Solutions Design Analyst II.

Key Tasks:
* Product Solutions Design Analyst II designs, develops, implements and maintains business solutions
* Works directly with internal and external stakeholders to identify their functional and technical requirements
* Performs a variety of tasks; Works under general supervision
* A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
* Typically reports to a supervisor or manager

REQUIREMENTS:
* Requires a Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
* Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping/modeling
* Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
* Facilitation Skills - must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders and gather information
* Process Mapping - able to translate discussion into process flows and process documentation
* Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
* Excellent analytical and abstraction reasoning skills, as well as problem-solving ability
* Ability to facilitate teams toward a common vision or goal
* Advanced skill level with Microsoft Visio

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
