Job Details

Role: SAP Service Management Lead

Location: Newark, CA

Duration: Long Term

  • 12+ years of SAP experience, with expert-level SAP Service Management (SM) knowledge.
  • Proven experience in automotive industry projects, specifically:
    • Vehicle Management System (VMS)
    • Warranty and Claims Management
    • Service Contracts & Service Orders
  • Strong functional integration knowledge with FI (tax, revenue recognition), MM (inventory), and SD/OTC (pricing, distribution).
  • Hands-on experience with warranty claims automation, validations, and financial postings.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce-to-SAP migration is a plus.
  • Strong skills in documentation (BPMN, FS, WRICEF, test scripts) and driving quality governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—must be able to push back on SI and align cross-functional teams.
  • Prior client-side lead/architect experience strongly preferred.
