Position : ServiceNow Consultant (Wireless Telecom Network Operations Center & Data Analytics)
Location : Dallas TX ( Day 1 Onsite)
Experience : 15+ Years
Duration : Contarct : 12 Months
Urgent and immediate need for a ServiceNow consultant / process SME with deep experience with the use and configuration of Service Now in a Wireless Telecom Network Operations / Assurance domain. This individual is to replace an existing consultant and to take on the work being delivered by that person, so need someone that brings previous demonstrated experience/knowledge to be able to rapidly take up this work and drive the client s roadmap. The person needs to be hands on and can drive the client forward.
Critical
1. Network Operations Center Process Knowledge
a. Incident (ticket) Management, Repair Processes
b. Change Management (Change Request) Processes
2. ServiceNow experience
a. Navigating the system, understanding how to find and do things
b. Understanding the Role of the different modules (in order: CMDB, TSM, TSOM, nice to have FSM, CSM)
c. TSOM Fault and Performance Management
d. Understanding terminology (CI, Relationships, why this is important)
e. Understanding Class and Relationship Structure and how they work together
f. Discovery (multi-source CMDB)
3. Typical NOC System Architecture (Ecosystem)
a. Understanding of how the systems are used and how they work together
b. E.g. Network > EMS (domain) > NMS (cross domain) > Incidents
4. Data Analytics
a. Ability to review data and performing analysis to identify business challenges and identify the baseline for solution designs, etc and business benefits
