Job Description:

The Project Manager will provide active support for the Inflation Reduction Act Retail Point of-Sale program (launching in October 2024)

Remote with preference of NYS or Northeast Region

Travel required: 10%

Contractor must have computer, cell phone, and access to reliable high-speed internet

  • Experience managing or implementing Client or utility incentive programs
  • Exemplary project management skills with the ability to set priorities, develop and execute on a workplan, and an action-bias to deliver activity in the market
  • Process-oriented with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and planning skills to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and appetite to learn and assimilate new information and think holistically through complex problems with technical and non-technical components.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce

Certifications and qualifications, including education/degree

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • PMP certification preferred

Tasks

  • Work with Client implementation contractors to manage program metrics collection from end-to-end and ensure data completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness: Develop and issue requests for data; manage workflows for timely intake; identify and implement solutions and tools to improve data quality; and develop and execute processes and procedures that result in increased compliance for participating retailers and contractors, quality assurance, and remedial actions.
  • Perform rigorous data analysis necessary to support effective program delivery: Conduct data analyses required to improve program performance, increase impact, streamline customer and partner (retailers and contractors) interactions, reduce cycle times for proc, and manage risks associated with program delivery.
  • Effectively communicate findings, provide recommendations, and problem-solve with management and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Client implementation contractors to ensure program deliverables and reporting are executed in a timely manner.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned that contribute to the goals of the Codes, Products, and Standards team
