ETL Developer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented ETL Developer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, and data architecture. They will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL processes that support enterprise-level data warehousing and analytics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter
• Create, optimize, and troubleshoot stored procedures, functions, and inline SQL
• Performance tuning of Informatica sources, mappings, targets, and sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Monitor and support ETL jobs and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Participate in all phases of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle
• Work with Greenplum (PostgreSQL) and/or Oracle SQL/PLSQL to manage data pipelines
• Provide on-call support and assist during scheduled production maintenance windows

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience with SQL, ETL development, and Informatica PowerCenter
• Strong understanding of data architecture and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with Greenplum (PostgreSQL) and/or Oracle SQL/PLSQL
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call support
• This is a full-time W2 role, not C2C
