Job Description
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Service contracts module in Ebiz module.
- Extensive knowledge in Oracle Install Base module.
- Should have good functional understanding of the service contracts and install base modules.
- Should have some technical expertise in Oracle Apps to an extent.
- Understanding of the CRM foundation (the services flow) is also preferred.
