Looking for an Agile scrum master local to the Cockeysville area who can work from the client office.

Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with Agile Scrum Master capabilities to lead backend API integration projects. The successful candidate must be well-versed in NodeJS, Kafka, AWS Lambda, and EKS, with the ability to engage in high-level technical discussions and support Agile methodologies within a software development team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Agile practices and ceremonies, including organizing and leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure optimal team performance.
- Optimize product backlog management in close coordination with Product Owners, prioritize tasks effectively, and promote Agile values within the team.
- Employ JIRA for comprehensive project tracking, task management, and generating meaningful reports and analytics to gauge team performance and project status.
- Function as the primary technical contact during US working hours for offsite team members, ensuring seamless communication with client-side tech leads and stakeholders.
- Provide technical liaison support for the offshore development team and address potential challenges across time zones.
- Proactively address and remove any impediments faced by the India-based team to maintain workflow and productivity.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid background and experience in a Scrum Master role with a proven track record of successful Agile project management.
- Expertise in full stack development, with a strong emphasis on backend integration APIs.
- Proficiency in NodeJS is crucial; proficiency or knowledge of Kafka, Lambda, and EKS would be highly advantageous.
- Experience working within cloud computing environments, with AWS skillset highly regarded.
- Good understanding and experience in the Insurance domain are advantageous.
- Technical aptitude with additional experience in AWS stack components, specifically Kafka, NodeJS, Typescript, Lambda, and Mongo DB is highly desirable.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams through complex technical challenges while maintaining alignment with Agile principles.
