- Strong proficiency in Java with hands-on engineering experience
- Experience with Spring Boot and developing scalable microservices
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of API design principles and service-to-service communication
- Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design, query development, and performance optimization
- Strong SQL development skills, including complex queries and relational modeling
- Ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready code in enterprise environments
- Capable of defining coding standards, API standards, and best practices for the development team
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers through code reviews and technical coaching
- Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile, cross-functional teams
