Job Details

We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as Helpdesk Support

Mode of Interview: Both Phone and In Person

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Work Location: Richmond, VA

Shift: EST

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience Microsoft 365
  • 5 years of experience and strong communication and interpersonal skills and detail oriented
  • 5 years of experience and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • 5 years of experience and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5 years of experience in utilizing ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent) to track and document support requests.
  • 5 years of experience in commitment to delivering high quality end user support and customer service
  • 5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • 5 years of experience and knowledge of IT systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of print services environment
