Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading automation initiatives, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless integration of robotics with enterprise applications
• This role requires deep expertise in Pega Robotics (OpenSpan), RPA strategies, and workflow automation, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) automation solutions
• Define automation frameworks, reusable components, and best practices for robotic process automation (RPA)
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility
• Ensure Pega Robotics solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
• Architect end-to-end RPA solutions, integrating Pega OpenSpan with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Web, Desktop Apps)
• Optimize bot efficiency, scalability, and performance through best practices in bot orchestration
• Oversee error handling, logging mechanisms, and exception management for robotic workflows
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, guardrails, and automation governance
• Lead automation projects from requirement gathering to production deployment, ensuring timely delivery
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and testers to drive Agile-based RPA implementations
• Monitor automation performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process optimizations
• Provide support for Pega Robotics upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance
• Mentor and guide Pega Robotics developers in best practices, troubleshooting, and solution design
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the automation team
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on Pega OpenSpan, RPA methodologies, and best practices
