Arthrex Inc. is hiring a Supervisor of Repair (Remote) who will be responsible for supporting the Manager Repair Logistics by managing and improving the global fulfillment, reverse logistics, and debit/credit processes to meet global demand while overseeing the daily activities of the S&R Global Fulfillment Team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures effective employee relations and provides employee coaching and development.
Makes employment decisions and ensures a harmonious and productive work environment.
Provides leadership for quality, productivity, safety, and morale to achieve positive results.
Conducts annual performance evaluations and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Works to continuously improve customer satisfaction, processes and increase employee skills and capabilities via training.
Manages department metrics, analyzes data and identifies trends for further review by management.
Manages and streamlines global fulfillment, reverse logistics, and debit/credit processes to meet global demand
Act as a liaison between department and other department personnel to maintain up to date knowledge of business team trends and policy and adjust department according to new business developments.
Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems.
Support department inventory activity to maintain operational levels and follow business policy and guidelines to make warranty determination and financial decisions.
Drive Quarterly Business Reviews with our International Subsidiaries
Support agreements with vendors regarding device evaluations and repairs.
Manage vendor repair invoice reconciliation process.
Responsible for ensuring preventative maintenance is performed on equipment as required.
Works closely with the buyer/planner to manage at risk inventory, backorder reporting, and determine allocation strategies.
Responsible for daily monitoring of our fill rate SLA s, ensuring we deliver on our internal KPI s.
Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree required
SAP experience required
3 years of customer service experience required
2 years of leadership experience preferred
Project Management experience preferred
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Knowledge of FDA Quality System Requirements, ISO 13485 Quality System Requirements, ISO 14971 Risk Management Requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices. Strong written and oral communication skills, fluent in Spanish a plus. Problem solving and using analytics to drive business decisions and process improvements. Must be a self-starter that is able to work independently while leading others.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
