RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Marketing Manager III to join their team in Mountain View, CA.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contingent Worker to manage, optimize, and technically integrate our strategic partner review site presence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing multiple external partner relationships, owning and optimizing content across various review platforms, run review capture campaigns and possesses the technical expertise required to integrate review and intent data via APIs into our internal and external systems.
Responsibilities:
* Relationship Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact and manage ongoing, strategic relationships with multiple third-party review site partners (e.g., TrustRadius,G2, Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights, etc.)
* Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align review site goals with overall business objectives; Identify opportunities for partner-driven content and joint marketing initiatives
* Content Ownership: Own and manage the profile content, ensuring accuracy, branding consistency, and optimization for search across all assigned review sites
* Review Generation: Develop and execute strategies and campaigns to drive a consistent flow of high-quality, authentic customer reviews
* Leveraging reviews: Identify opportunities and placements across campaigns where captured reviews can be leveraged to drive the business and support in execution
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze performance data (traffic, intent data, competitive standing, conversion rates) from review sites and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
* API Integration: Utilize and manage the technical integration of review site APIs to pull review content, intent data, and profile metrics into internal platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing external partner relationships, specifically within the B2B tech, SaaS, or software space
* Platform Familiarity: Direct experience integrating data with popular business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or other similar CRMs/MAPs)
* Review Site Expertise: Proven track record of successfully owning and optimizing profiles on major B2B review sites (e.g., G2, Capterra, Gartner, TrustRadius)
* Technical Proficiency: Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in integrating and managing APIs, particularly for data extraction from external sources
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills
* Analytical Mindset: Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
