Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Senior Process Mining Consultant with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and over 7 years of clinical research experience. This role will support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across finance, procurement, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Celonis EMS, Signavio, and advanced Python/SQL scripting, with a proven ability to deliver process insights that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end process mining projects using Celonis EMS: from data ingestion, transformation, and modeling to dashboarding and KPI development.

  • Utilize Signavio Process Intelligence for process mapping, simulation, and governance.

  • Design and implement ETL workflows and automation using Python and SQL.

  • Analyze core business processes (P2P, O2C, SCM) to identify bottlenecks and deliver actionable process improvement recommendations.

  • Work cross-functionally with IT, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and adoption of recommendations.

  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in process mining, process discovery, and data integration.

Required Qualifications:

  • 9+ years in process improvement, digital transformation, or data analytics.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis EMS in a lead or implementation capacity.

  • Proficiency in Signavio for modeling, process design, and governance.

  • Strong scripting skills in Python and solid command of SQL.

  • Experience working with data from ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Celonis and/or Signavio certifications.

  • Prior consulting experience or involvement in enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
