Execute deployments through change sets, SFDX CLI, Metadata API, or DevOps tools.

Quality & Governance
Uphold release governance standards, ensuring all changes comply with SDLC, security, and audit requirements.
Facilitate code review checkpoints, risk assessments, and go/no-go meetings.
Ensure testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Regression) are completed with proper documentation and sign-offs.

Environment & Sandbox Management

Stakeholder Communication

Act as the central point of contact for release-related communication.

Provide status reports on release readiness, risks, issues, and deployment outcomes.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure timely testing and validation.
