Required Skills & Experience
7+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably in an education or nonprofit setting
Proven expertise in managing hybrid environments (Windows, macOS, cloud)
Experience with enterprise networking, security policies, and compliance (FERPA, etc.)
Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of SIS/LMS platforms (Blackbaud, PowerSchool, Canvas, etc.)
Background in cybersecurity best practices and audit preparation
A collaborative leadership style and experience mentoring small teams
