WORK DESCRIPTION:

This resource will be responsible for keeping devices and third-party applications up-to-date and in compliance. They will be responsible for enforcing enterprise-wide policies which govern and secure our assets, administering multiple end user platforms, and assisting with continuous improvement efforts for our enterprise applications and virtual desktops.

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required):

Minimum Required Years Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of Group Policy Management - Experience creating and modifying group policy objects and troubleshooting group policy object issues
• 3+ years of Apple Business Manager Administration - Experience deploying and authorizing application licenses to customers, managing Apple IOS device joins, resetting user passwords and accounts on MDM enrolled devices and updating certificated synchronization between Apple Business Manager and Azure
• 5+ years of SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager - Enterprise-level experience patching large numbers of workstations, packaging and deploying enterprise applications through a software center or company portal, deploying compliance policies, deploying tracking applications to PC as a service device and tracking assets
• 5+ years of Ivanti - Experience downloading, synchronizing, and deploying third-party updates and patches for enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of Virtual Desktops - experience packaging and deploying applications on virtual desktop master images, creating RDSH apps, and creating desktop pools for employee virtual desktops in VMWare Horizon, Azure, AWS or similar
• 3+ years of Intune - Experience managing and configuring Windows devices, deploying and managing applications, and assigning roles and permissions using Intune

Preferred Optional Years Skills/Experience:

• 5 years of Azure - Experience creating and adding enterprise applications, establishing single sign on for new applications, deploying Microsoft applications in the Microsoft Store and managing certificates
• 2 years of M-365 - Administering Microsoft Teams, Exchange mailbox, M-365 groups and Azure active directory
• 2 years of Microsoft Defender - Experience working with a SIEM tool such as Microsoft Defender to located and remediate risks through patching/removing/modifying CVEs on workstations and servers
• 2 years of Horizon VDI - experience packaging and deploying applications on virtual desktop master images, creating RDSH apps, and creating desktop pools for employee virtual desktops in VMWare Horizon
