Technical Program Manager - "Application Discovery" & "Network Segmentation"

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver strategic programs focused on Application Discovery & Assessment in support of Network Segmentation initiatives. This role is critical in orchestrating the design, automation, and deployment of a custom solution that delivers Full Stack Visibility, distributed tracing, and data observability across a complex enterprise application landscape.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing cross-functional technical programs, driving operational excellence, and serving as a liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in modernizing our client s technology infrastructure by enabling data-driven decisions through robust application assessment and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead End-to-End Program Delivery:
  Drive planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, technically complex programs involving application analysis, distributed tracing, and observability tools.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
  Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure seamless integration, identify risks and interdependencies, and maintain continuous alignment with strategic goals.
• Solution Ownership:
  Champion the design and implementation of an automated solution to ingest application traces/logs and monitor health, performance, and business processes.
• Infrastructure & Network Evaluation:
  Facilitate the analysis of current infrastructure and network configurations, enabling accurate mapping of transaction flows and categorization of applications by environment and tier.
• Governance & Metrics:
  Establish governance frameworks, performance tracking, and reporting mechanisms to ensure technical excellence and program transparency.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Promote best practices in Agile program management, operational efficiency, and technical delivery methodologies across all teams involved.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in technical program or project management roles within enterprise-scale environments
• Proven experience with application discovery, distributed systems, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace, DataDog)
• Strong understanding of Full Stack Visibility, data observability, and network segmentation concepts
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs involving log ingestion, trace analysis, and infrastructure assessment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in decision-making based on complex data
• Technical background in software engineering, systems architecture, or infrastructure is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud migration, application rationalization, or modernization projects
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification(s) is a plus
