ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for all day to day operations at the Irvine office. We are seeking a candidate that is highly motivated, has a positive attitude, forward thinker, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. These day to day functions will include:
Conduct Background check through hire right for employees who work at our client place
Mail vendor checks
Talk to vendors for any quotes or pricing
Responsible for picking up, preparing, and delivering mail
-create job postings and manage applications
use of AI tools for productivity and efficiency
Organize and coordinate meetings
Perfect for an accounting or law student. Part time/Flexible hours but must be during regular, business hours of 9-5 onsite. As you gain experience, based on your interest, you can be promoted to doing account management which will help you earn a fantastic base salary with commissions.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma required
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ensures utmost confidentiality with respect to information pertaining to clients/potential clients
