Job Description:
  • The Project Manager Digital Assets Lead will be responsible for developing a provincial digital assets roadmap and leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital health initiatives.
  • This role involves cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, documentation, and comprehensive project reporting to support clinical and operational standardization.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • University Degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Digital health planning and implementation experience, including cross-functional collaboration connecting clinical, operational, and business teams, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams (8+ years).
  • Business, program, and project planning experience in a healthcare environment managing diverse stakeholders (8+ years).
  • Experience defining goals and objectives.
  • Experience in detailed project scoping and tactical planning.
  • Experience in risk and issues management with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Project management and delivery experience managing large cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple projects within scope, schedule, and budget in a fast-paced healthcare environment (8+ years).
Experience:
  • Experience conducting business and client requirements analysis to support development, operations, and deployment of clinical projects.
  • Experience creating project reporting materials, including weekly status reports and executive dashboards.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop a provincial digital assets roadmap aligned with program objectives.
  • Develop strategies, roadmaps, high-level and detailed project plans with supporting communication, change management, and training plans.
  • Collaborate with clinical, business, technical, and operational stakeholders to gather input and refine business requirements and project scope.
  • Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate existing requirements and collect new business and IT requirements, including gap analysis.
  • Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials.
  • Develop project reporting for various audiences, including executive leadership and program teams.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and client requirements and recommend solutions to support defined objectives.
