Looking for Sr. HR Specialist (HR Planning/Learning and Development)

Description
At the core of our growth is our Human Resources team. As part of this team, the Sr. HR Specialist, HR Planning/Learning and Development, will be instrumental in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that empower employees, strengthen leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. HR Specialist to lead our HR Planning, Learning & Development initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about talent development, organizational growth, and HR innovation. You will work closely with leadership to design and implement HR structures, training programs, and leadership development strategies that align with our global business goals.
Requirements
Description / Essential Functions:
- Supports the development of talent by identifying learning needs, creating scalable training programs, and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive performance and career growth across the organization.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and implement effective learning methods
- Drive leadership development, career pathing, and succession planning
- Standardize and continuously improve HR processes and systems (PDCA methodology)
- Lead projects related to employee handbook, HR systems, and policy development
- Provide strategic guidance on culture, engagement, and organizational structure
Required Education & Experience:
(Candidate would disqualify if they do not meet these requirements)
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field
- Experienced in facilitating stakeholder engagement and alignment by presenting learning and development strategies, gathering feedback, and securing cross-functional support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of training initiatives.
- Proven expertise in learning and development, leadership programs, and HR planning
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems (LMS, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
