Are you passionate about optimizing HR systems and driving operational excellence? Join our team as a Business Analyst, HRIS/Payroll and play a pivotal role in enhancing Oracle HCM applications across both E-Business Suite and Cloud platforms.

What You ll Do

  • Be the go-to expert for Oracle HR systems troubleshooting, supporting, and improving functionality.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to resolve issues, manage upgrades, and deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Lead and support HR system projects, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Own at least two Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management).
  • Design impactful reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
  • Translate business needs into smart, scalable tech solutions.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS or HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management processes.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on project leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication able to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • SQL proficiency and experience with reporting tools.
  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field.

Bonus Points

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
