POSITION TITLE: Sr Salesforce Developer
OFFICE LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ
CORE TIME ZONE: MST

Max Rate: $75-80/hr C2C
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and maintain any aspect of our highly customized Salesforce platform
Work closely with business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements to design and develop features
Participate in code and solution reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of Salesforce code and customizations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
AI/Einstein experience (nice to have)
Lighting Experience (nice to have)
Worked/working in a Salesforce SOX Compliant Environment (nice to have)
Polished with Communication - Very important
This is a Dev. 1 role so lower on the experience side... 2-3 years
Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2-3 years total experience developing object-oriented, database-backed web applications
Minimum 2-3 years developing for the Salesforce platform
Two or more Salesforce Certifications from the following list: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, JavaScript Developer 1 - Nice to have
Expertise developing in JavaScript and Apex
High proficiency in Lightning Web Components and SOQL
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate testing status and results.
High attention to detail to identify and document defects accurately.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years developing Apex and LWC
Platform Developer 2 Certification
Minimum 2-3 years developing for the Salesforce platform
Two or more Salesforce Certifications from the following list: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, JavaScript Developer 1 - Nice to have
