Start ASAP
Location - Cincinnati area - as work requires on site presence (to build & test configurations)
Key skills
o Microsoft LTSC hands-on knowledge
o Real experience with shopfloor environment - at least 5 years' experience
o Understanding of native & hybrid join - other than theoretical knowledge, experience to build it
o Hands-on PowerShell knowledge
o Experience to package applications
o Experience with InTune
o Set up new SFLD Profiles for sites
o DT Site Lead Call participation
o Adapt functional account to MCE use
o Patch testing
o Review patch success for OS monthly patch
o Troubleshooting small issues with sites
o Troubleshooting large P1 issues
o Requesting new Proxy PAC files
o System image tests with imaging team
o Editing documentation for SFLD imaging
o Presenting documentation for new MediaCreator
o Analyze and request new SFLD client firewall rules

Notes from the manager: Migrating new m365 tenant to meet govt regulation standards. Shopfloor is sensitive b/c it's how they make money. Production line can't afford to go down. Machines are older, used by a variety of people that aren't necessarily technical.
Only one person on team currently that is setting up new profiles. Migration will need 2 additional people. Contract will be at least 1 year or so. Also need to add to team to create processes and get things done more timely.
Operational work. Very beneficial to be in Cincinnati. Onsite everyday, M-F required. So, on site when needed. It depends on the migrating stage they are in may require more days than others. Some weeks it may be none, other weeks may be 2-4 days needed.
Having experience in long term services channel Microsoft network, Intune, some people with hands on experience with manufacturing within a Microsoft domain. Major deadline in front of them.
A person that wants to learn and be a part of the team.
Powershell is a must.
LTSC hands on is a must
Creation of packages and images is a must.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
