Location: 100% Remote (Candidates who can work onsite in Northbrook, IL 1 2 days/week are strongly preferred)

Overview

Our client is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join their team managing content design and publishing across their digital ecosystem - including the primary website and satellite properties.

You'll be part of a small, collaborative team of Web Content Specialists, working directly with stakeholders to transform content briefs into polished, published web pages. While you won't be creating UX designs, writing copy, or conducting SEO research, a solid understanding of these areas is important to ensure the best possible user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, structure, and publish content in a Drupal CMS environment.

  • Manage content throughout all delivery phases - from project kickoff to quality reviews and updates.

  • Follow editorial calendars to meet campaign and content deadlines while ensuring alignment with brand and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with Web Content team members and stakeholders to execute initiatives efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Digital Content Specialist.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Drupal CMS.

  • Solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

  • Understanding of UX best practices, layout, graphic design, and SEO fundamentals.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (preferably Workfront) to track and deliver projects on time.

  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
